Abstract submission
Online abstract submission has now closed. Late breaking abstracts may be accepted.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Abstracts must be submitted in Verdana Font point size 10, with a maximum of 250 words
- Use only standard abbreviations for units of measure. If other abbreviations are used spell out in full when first mentioned and put abbreviations in parentheses following this
- Type the TITLE in capitals in the box provided ("Abstract Title" on the submission form)
- Type the presenting author's details in the boxes provided ("Presenting Author’s details"). Use abbreviations where possible. An email address must be provided after the postal address
- Type details of additional author(s) in the box provided in the following format: eg. Other AN, Smith A etc
- Text should be single-spaced
- Figures: If necessary a maximum of one figure may be included. Legends and axes must be Verdana Font point size 10
- PLEASE NOTE: FINAL DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACTS IS 8 JULY 2008. POSTER PRESENTATIONS SHOULD BE EXHIBITED IN LANDSCAPE FORMAT
- The final deadline for abstracts is the 8th July 2008. Poster presentations should be exhibited in landscape format (Poster board size 2m wide x 1m high)
- Abstracts and contact details will be made available to all conference participants
- Completed Abstract submission forms to be emailed to Charlotte Wyatt, C.E.Wyatt@Bristol.ac.uk as a Word attachment
